    Great Lens!
I have a Nikon D300 & D80 and this lens is fantastic on both cameras. It is one of my favorite lenses for weddings – during the ceremony for close-up & low lights and at the…

As good as the Nikon 60mm Micro
I compared images I took of a tip of a needle and I could not see a difference between them. I haven’t gotten the fine detail tuned in yet but that is a learning curve for me…

    Exceeded Expectations
I’ve only had this lens a brief time. I had envisioned using it to reach out a bit with a tripod and do a little macro (again with the tripod).

    Great Macro Lens
This is a great Macro lens. I got it just a few days ago and have already taken hundreds of photo’s with it.

    As good as it gets
I can’t say enough good things about this lens! The build, feel, sharpness are all top notch. The velvety EX finish screams quality even on the lens hood.

    The sharpest lens
The lens is sharp, not just as a macro lens, but as a general lens as well. I was concerned about the auto-focusing speed, but it turns out fast enough for me, at least on my…

Great lens except for a very slow focus
I borrowed this lens off a friend of mine during a recent visit to Pakistan and I have to say after my less than satisfying experience with the performance of my sigma 18-50mm…

    Very Sharp
I have nothing bad to say about this lens. It’s very sharp, fast focusing and tough build. I also like the additional working distance over my 90mm macro lens.

  9. Shobha says:

    Great macro lens
On nikon mount: pretty good working distance (1:1 magnification at shortest distance, magnification decreases as distance increases), needs a tripod to start working with.

    Great great product
Great product with excellent quality and crisp framing. The image quality is very high and possibly better than the SIGMA brother that works at 180mm.
